Reset your password
Follow the steps below to learn how to reset your password:
- Go to https://dashboard.gravitypayments.com/
- Under the Login prompt, click on the ‘Reset password’ text
- You will be required to input your email address, in order for Dashboard to send you instructions with a temporary password, as well as instructions on how to reset your password permanently.
- Once you have input your email address, click ‘Send Email’.
- An email will be sent to the entered email address with further details and a link to reset your password.

Add a new user
- Log into Dashboard
- Navigate to the ‘Users’ tab
- Click ‘Add User’ in the top right-hand of your screen, or near the left in the “Find Users” column. If you have multiple locations, you will want to filter by Account first.
- Input the user’s credentials into all the highlighted fields. The ‘Permission Role’ filed must be selected based upon what permissions you want the user to access.
- Merchant Admin: The user will be able to create other users, view transactions, reset passwords
- Merchant User: The user will be able to view transactions, reset their password
- Once you have filled out the user’s credentials, click ‘Save’
- An email will generate to the newly created user, prompting them to set up their Dashboard password and confirm their account.
Update your password
- Log into Dashboard
- Navigate to the ‘Settings’ tab
- Once in Settings, go to ‘My Profile’
- Click on the ‘Change Password’ box
- Input your current or old password into the Current Password field, then create a new password complying with the password requirements. Then click ‘Reset’.

- Not re-using any of your previous passwords
- Changing your password every 90 days
- Note: if you have repeated, failed login attempts on your account, you will be temporarily locked out of your account
